Professional Experience

Bart is a seasoned executive coach, consultant, and entrepreneur experienced in leading companies, teams, and individuals to sustained growth,  and through significant change. Bart’s coaching reflects his facility with business transistions and transformations.  When coaching to develop individuals, he includes attention on each leader’s purpose, power, and skill in navigating business relationships.

Bart’s experience across cultures and generations allows him to meet individuals and teams where they are. Bart leverages training and experience in neuroscience, athletics, philosophy, and management best practices to open the door to engagement with his clients, adding humor and lightness as the work gets underway. Prior to his consulting and coaching career, Bart had P&L responsibility in a number of companies and was accountable for delivering operational excellence in both established and start-up environments.  His corporate experience includes leadership roles in sales, strategy, finance, merger integration, and program management.
