Sandy is an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator who works with senior executives and executive teams on issues of leadership development. Sandy brings significant business experience to her clients, as she has held executive positions in the telecommunications and software industries, including being a founding executive of two technology companies.

As an executive coach for the past 15 years, Sandy’s approach is one of matching force with leaders and teams as they tackle big challenges. She brings both proven and innovative methods to bear in helping leaders make necessary changes.
