Bruce has over 20 years of experience working with executives to improve their effectiveness, leadership skills, and business savvy. Bruce’s approach focuses on conducting a thorough assessment of an individual’s leadership capabilities and providing practical action steps to achieve desired behavioral change.  He is an expert in the areas of leadership development, strategic team facilitation, and executive assessment.

Prior to starting his coaching practice, Bruce served as a vice president at two nationally-known human resource consulting firms. He also was the director of a behavioral health care company and a non-profit organization. He has taught graduate classes in psychology at Loyola Marymount University, Antioch University, and Pepperdine University and has lectured on developing leaders to the UCLA Business and Management Extension Program, to the UCLA Professional Development Program, and to numerous groups of entrepreneurs.  In his academic life, Bruce has researched the attitudes, characteristics, and thinking patterns of high achievers.

Bruce’s clients include executives and teams within such industries as biotechnology, aerospace technology, global security, automotive, entertainment and amusements, toy manufacturing, and publishing.
