Professional Experience

As an executive coach, Sheila is inspired by working with leaders of mission-driven organizations to take their leadership, and their organizations, to the next level. She brings twenty-five years of experience in the non-profit and federal government worlds as a leader, a funder, an advocate and a board member to her coaching practice.

Sheila provides insights, challenge and accountability to help her clients achieve their aspirations and fulfil their potential. Through open questioning, direct communication and constructive challenge, she helps clients access their own wisdom. Sheila believes coaching offers a path for her clients’ reflection, growth and achievement.  She has experienced the power of coaching and is inspired to offer its possibilities to her clients.
