Professional Experience

Virginia is passionate about helping global leaders to develop leadership skills and practices that they can sustain over time. With more than 20 years of experience living and leading in Asia Pacific, Virginia held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of marketing and strategic management. Over the past eight years, she has delivered high impact leadership coaching and development programs to senior executives and their teams.

Virginia’s coaching is focused on supporting leaders to function effectively in cross-cultural environments, to transition into new roles and lead through constant change and ambiguity, while also taking care of their own health and well-being. Her work includes targeted initiatives to retain, develop and advance female leaders.
